Yes, you can use outdoor Christmas lights indoors, but not the other way around. Outdoor Christmas lights are made to withstand the harsh weather conditions so they can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Many people start putting up Christmas lights in late November or early December. However, it depends on personal choice and local traditions. Some even choose to put up the lights in late October or early November.

  • The processing time of orders are 2-3 business days. Products that come from Europe can take upto 10 working days and customers will be notified in case of any delay in delivery.
  • In case of high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or telephone.

  • Lights are obviously a fragile product. Fantasy Christmas Lights have researched the best packaging methods to make sure your order arrives safely and exactly as it should. If you experience any problem with your package when it arrives, simply give us a call and we will rectify the issue immediately.
  • We hope that you are happy with your online purchase from Fantasy Christmas Lights but should you wish to return an item, we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be new, unused, be in its original packaging with product tags still attached, and you must contact us for approval to return the product –stating which item you wish to return and the reason for which you are returning the item.
  • Product must be returned to our store on or before the 14th day after receipt of the goods. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days. All returned products will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment, excluding any original delivery costs.
  • To report any damages, please do so within 48 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period. Depending on the fault we may be able to issue replacement parts.
  • All goods supplied by Fantasy Christmas Lights are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If an item has failed, please contact our customer services team with details of the product and the fault.
